Technique:  Athletes must roll under the wall then climb up and over the back side sliding down the front and continuing on through the course.

Elite Rules: 

  • Athletes must traverse under, up the back side and over the obstacle.
  • Athletes cannot use the structure supports.

For this obstacle, use your strength to get your legs over the top first and then use your hands to pull and then push the rest of your body up and over. Keep training hard and stay focused athletes!
