- Athletes are not permitted to run around a barricade.
This obstacle should be fairly self-explanatory, if it says over go over and under go under. So for this tip tuesday take into consideration other aspects of your training. Are you eating enough protein and carbs to fuel your body? Are you getting in essential cardio to complete these obstacles quickly and efficiently? If not, do what you need to and change your routine to be at your optimal performance when race day comes!
